What to Expect
How does your service work?
After you reach out, we'll schedule a call to understand your vision, requirements, and budget. We then search our network of Italian venues and present you with a curated selection. Once you choose, we help coordinate the booking process.
What does the venue finding service cost?
Our venue finding service is free if you book through us. We receive a commission from the venue, which doesn't affect the price you pay. If you use our research but book independently, a flat consultation fee applies.
How far in advance should I start?
For weddings, we recommend starting 12-18 months ahead, especially for popular regions and dates. Corporate retreats typically need 3-6 months lead time, though we can work with shorter timelines when needed.
Do you only work with venues in certain regions?
We have connections across all of Italy, from the northern lakes to Sicily. While we have particularly strong networks in Tuscany, Umbria, Puglia, and the Amalfi Coast, we can search any region based on your preferences.
Do you provide full event planning?
Our core service is venue finding. Once you've secured your venue, we can recommend trusted local planners, caterers, and vendors if you need full event coordination. Many venues also offer their own event management services.
