Three venues with photos, capacity, availability and what each one actually costs. Plus what we'd want to know if we were the ones choosing.
Comparison & Selection
We go through them with you and arrange visits where it's worth the trip. Some of this is easier on a call than in a spreadsheet.
Booking Support
We negotiate, read the contract, and hold the date while you decide. Deposits and cancellation terms get checked before anything is signed.

Simple, Transparent Pricing
If you book through us, the search costs you nothing. The venue pays us a commission, normally around 10%, net of VAT. If you use our research and book on your own, a flat consultation fee applies, agreed before we start.
