A Reason to Get
on the Plane
Venues where a distributed team can sit down together for three days without anyone checking the time. We find them and handle the contract. You decide what happens once everyone's there.
Plan Your RetreatThe search is the part that eats the time
A conference room with a view isn't hard to book. Everything after that is where the time goes. Which properties will hold forty people for three nights. Who answers the phone in English. Whether the price quoted includes the exclusive use you assumed it did. What happens if eight people drop out in March. Most searches stall somewhere in there.
We Handle the Search
Tell us how many people, roughly when, and what the three days are for. We come back with options that have already been checked against your brief, not a list scraped off the internet.
Tell Us the Brief
Team size, dates, budget. Also whether this is a working or a learning week, or even just a party, because a leadership offsite and a company-wide reunion need very different buildings.
We Search & Curate
We go through the network region by region and call the venues worth calling. Availability, the capacity that's real rather than advertised, and the price for taking the whole place.
Review & Decide
A shortlist with photos, numbers, and what we'd flag if you were a friend asking. Site visits or video walkthroughs when you want them.
We Coordinate
Once you pick one, we negotiate the terms and read the contract properly. You arrive with nothing left to argue about.
Support Beyond the Booking
We plan events too, with suppliers we've worked with before. If you want someone running the days themselves, ask and we'll quote it.
What We Tend to Suggest
Historic Villas
Frescoed halls, gardens that took three centuries to settle, and usually a caretaker family who will tell you the whole history if you ask.
Boutique Hotels
Smaller properties where the whole team fits without taking over a chain hotel. Real meeting rooms, and someone at reception who knows your name by day two.
Vineyard Estates
Working wineries, which means harvest season is busy and the rest of the year is quiet. Good for teams that want the day to end at a long table outside.
Events We Support
Team Retreats
Distributed teams that see each other twice a year and need the time to count.
Leadership Offsites
Smaller groups, usually wanting the whole property to themselves and no other event in the next room.
Creator Retreats
Creators bringing an audience with them, where the property has to photograph as well as it functions.
Client Events
Launches and incentive trips, where the venue is doing part of the talking for you.
Conferences & Congresses
Larger numbers change the problem entirely. Proper AV, a room that seats everyone at once, and enough beds within a short drive.
Company Celebrations
Anniversaries, year-end dinners, the milestone that deserves more than a hotel function room.
Plan Your Corporate Retreat
Tell us the numbers and the dates. We'll tell you honestly whether what you want exists at that budget.
